Can Smart Chatbots Put an End to Call Centers? – An Informal Discussion with Infobip on the Fogside

Hello there! Have you heard about ChatGPT, the text-prompt AI service that’s taking the tech world by storm? It’s actually the precursor to a new tech revolution, and that means it could have a big impact on your business and how you interact with customers.

Right now, chatbots on websites are pretty basic and limited, but there’s so much more potential with AI integration. And that’s where RCS comes in. RCS or Rich Messaging, is a way for businesses to go beyond just text messages, and create hyper-personalized engagement tools, like browsing and ordering in-chat, or even as a content delivery and marketing tool.

I had the chance to talk with Josh Diner, Group Product Marketing Manager at Infobip about this at Rich Messaging Live on top of the BT Tower in Central London. It was a great opportunity to see how businesses can take customer engagement to the next level with AI.
